[K-News] BEG's Narsha: "My real age is 29"
Narsha from the popular group Brown Eyed Girls confessed her real age.
On the filming of SBS 'Strong Heart', Narsha said "To be honest, I'm really 29 years old." Until now, her age was known as 27 years. She claimed that she wanted to comfortably tell her real age after unwillingly letting people know about her fake age. With Narsha's laid-back and honest personality, it was said that she seemed much more at ease after revealing the truth.
Narsha's courageous confession will air on the 13th through 'Strong Heart'.

[J-News] J-pop group V6 to release single in Korea
J-pop group V6 [SM Entertainment]
Japanese boy band V6 is set to release their new single in Korea next week, according to a press release by SM Entertainment on Friday.
The group's 36th single "Guilty", which hit No. 1 on the Oricon weekly chart, will be released on CD and DVD on October 14, explained SM.
The CD includes a poster and special booklet containing hand-written letters from the members in Korean. The DVD will show a live performance by two-subunits of the group; 20th Century -- made up of the three eldest members -- performing an acoustic version of the song "Startline" and Coming Century -- of the youngest three -- singing "Hello-Goodbye".
V6, who debuted in 1995 with "Music for the People", has released numerous singles and albums while also appearing on TV dramas, plays and musicals.
The six-member group is set to give their first concert in Korea on November 14 and 15 at Seoul Olympic Park's Olympic Hall.

[J-News] - 091006 Tohoshinki First Non-Japanese Asian Artist To Get #1 !
Korean born, 5-member vocal group, Tohoshinki's Live DVD 『4th LIVE TOUR 2009～The Secret Code～Final in TOKYO DOME』was released on 30th September. According to the 10/12 Oricon DVD Ranking, it sold 171,000 copies, their personal best for sales in this category. This is the first time in 20 years for a non-Japanese Asian Artist to get first place in the DVD rankings.
However, all foreign artists (who have attained this ranking) only include: Led Zepplin's "Led Zepplin DVD" which was released in June 2003 and have held that position for foreign artist getting #1 for 6 years and 3 months since, The Beatle's "The Beatles Anthology (Special Price Edition Edition)" which was released in March 2003, and Led Zepplin (same as above).
Also, based on the sale numbers of their DVD on 29th September, they also broke their own personal record by pre-selling 107,000 copies. Their previous records include their 『3rd LIVE TOUR 2008～T～』which was released in August 2008 and was last recorded as having sold 112,000 copies, and 『All About 東方神起 Season 3』which sold 66,000 copies so far. This time, their DVD sold more than twice that amount with a total sales of 171,000 copies so far, and broke the record for the highest initial sales for foreign artists.
This product is the Live DVD which comprises of Tohoshinki's final stage at the Tokyo Dome, that took place on 5th July, as part of their national arena tour「4th LIVE TOUR 2009～The Secret Code～」which mobilized about 300,000 people.

Chuseok merupakan hari libur di Korea yang juga dikenal sebagai Festival Bulan Panen (Harvest Moon Festival). Chuseok ini juga menarik perhatian internasional karena masyarakat luas bisa melihat idol mereka dalam busana Hanbok untuk merayakan hari tersebut.
Super Rookie, f(x) juga ikut merayakan Chuseok. Mereka menampilkan foto mereka dalam busana Hanbok. Leader, Victoria mengatakan, "Saya ingat saat makan 'song pyeon' (kue beras Korea) untuk pertama kali memakan makanan khas saat Chuseok dan makanan tersebut sangat enak. Saat memikirkan akan 'song pyeon' lagi tahun ini membuat saya lebih menantikan Chuseok."
