[K-News] G-Dragon Likes f(x)‘s Sulli?
Well maybe like is a strong word, but G-Dragon does think she's cute at least. G-Dragon was a guest on Jung Sun Hee's LOVE FM today and was asked about his ideal girl, girl groups, and being a sunbae.
When asked what love means to him, G-Dragon stated that love means to give it your all. The question was followed by the most-asked question in an interview, What is your ideal type? G-Dragon simply stated that he likes cute girls.
He went on to talk about girl groups in general, "There's so many girl groups these days. I don't really talk to them so I look like I have no friends...I became older than everyone else out of nowhere. They all call me Sunbaenim and it's so weird but amusing."
While they were on the topic of girl groups, Jung Sun Hee asked him if there were any specific girls in girl groups he thinks is cute. He replied by saying he thought Sulli from newly debuted girl group f(x) was cute. He said, "She seems very cute."
Poor Sulli, she can't even respond if she did like him because she's an idol member and so is he. On top of that, she's new so she can form antis easily.
Though Jung Sun Hee tried to make him admit to having feelings for Sulli, he went on to say she was a cute hubae and nothing more.
We all know it's very difficult for idol group members to date these days - what a shame!
As for Sulli and G-Dragon, they would be a cute couple. Can you think of any other idol couples? And please, don't name couples withIN the same idol group, we have enough of that. I'm thinking some Big Bang / SNSD action would be cool, we never see those two together.

[K-News]G-Dragon’s Plagiarism Accusations Continue to Haunt Him
In the midst of G-Dragon's explosive album sales and record-breaking online charts, it seems that Big Bang's leader G-Dragon has a promising solo debut ahead of him.
But it's a little early to celebrate, VIP's, for G-Dragon's accusations of plagiarism has appeared once again, but this time drawing attention from the media overseas. An American site titled Pollstar posted an article on September 8th concerning G-Dragon's questionable tracks off of his "Hearbreaker" album which seemed to resemble songs of Western artists. It was titled "The Other Kind of Song-Sharing."
"The accusations have been so strong that several publishing companies have said they will investigate.
The title track of the album, “Heartbreaker,” is said to have a striking resemblance to Flo Rida’s “Right Round.” Also, the song “Butterfly” seems to be a rip- off of Oasis’ “She’s Electric.”
The rights to “Right Round” in Korea are controlled by four companies: Warner Chappell Music Korea, Sony ATV Publishing Korea, Fuji Pacific Music Korea, and EMI Music Publishing Korea.
Both Warner Chappell and Sony ATV said they have noticed the similarities and will check with the composers of “Right Round” for further investigation. However, EMI Music said it saw no similarity.
G-Dragon’s management company, YG Entertainment, has not made no official commentary."
The heartbreaker may potentially break some hearts as his plagiarism controversy is undergoing scrutiny from music companies in the U.S. It's been a difficult week for fangirls and this news only seems to amplify our unsettling anxiety. Let's just hope everything goes smoothly with G-Dragon's case so that we can all just relax and... breathe.

[K-News]IU sings for Queen Seon Duk OST
It has been revealed that IU will take part in the OST (Original Soundtrack) for the historical drama Queen Seon Duk. She will be singing a song called, "Araro", which will be the drama's ending title song.
The music director of Queen Seon Duk recommended IU to participate in the OST because of her clear tone and her lyrical sensibility. This will be IU's first sageuk (historical drama) OST, so she took time to carefully understand and analyze the lyrics to the song before recording.
IU commented, "I'm honored to take part in the OST", "Because this drama is receiving a lot of the nation's love, I worked harder on the recording to help support the drama", "I hope you will love the OST as much as the drama".
In Korean, the Ara, in "Araro" stands for the ocean, which the lyrics metaphors Seon Duk's journey to become the queen of Silla.
Queen Seon Duk is one of my favorite drama that I am currently watching.

[K-News]Brown Eyed Girls Join the Public Transport Campaign
First, there was FT Island's version. Kara followed suit the weekend after. On September 13, the Brown Eyed Girls will be joining their fellow idol groups as they release their version of the "Public Transport" song on SBS Inkigayo!
For their take campaign efforts, the Brown Eyed Girls will be shown taking some means of public transportation around downtown Seoul, where these lovely ladies will spend their time relaxing, shopping, and indulging in snacks. During the last few days of recording, the girls stated that they found their journey around downtown Seoul to be joyful and rewarding. Compared to the rest of what their scheduled time looks like, it seems like the girls will have a breather recording their campaign while revealing perhaps a cuter, more rested side to them.
Also, fans can anticipate to see a pretty tight battle with G-Dragon this weekend on Inkigayo as well! Will the Brown Eyed Girls reclaim their spot at number one this weekend? Or will G-Dragon remain as their man to beat?

[K-News]A YG Family Outing
A few of YG Family's flyest gentlemen recently took a trip to the lake--and yes, that means they were half naked. Calm yourselves.
G-Dragon released a photo via his me2day of himself, Taeyang, Se7en, and Kush taking a break and having a little end of summer fun. They called it a YG Family Outing, and I'm rather upset that I wasn't there. Take a look at the photo...you'll see why.

Spunky Seo Woo (Crush and Blush) is the latest actor to be caught in a lie about her age (others: Sunwoo Sun, Lee Shi-young, Hyun Young), as it has been revealed that she is three years older than previously believed. She was thought to be 21 (or 22 by Korean count) and born in 1988; in actuality, she is 24, born in 1985. Her real name has also been revealed as Kim Mun-joo, although that’s not such a surprise, since she has acknowledged that Seo Woo is a stage name.
Her management has stated that discrepancy is their fault, and not a result of Seo Woo’s intention to lie about her age: “We hope that criticism will not be directed at her. We’re sorry and ask for your forgiveness.”
I don’t think this is much of a big deal, and I doubt it’ll have much of an effect on her career; it’s more of a matter of interest than a controversy. In this age of the internet, it’s interesting that people continue to try to fudge ages, although Seo Woo’s very youthful face probably helped with the perception.
In the meantime, she is currently acting in Tamra the Island, and has spoken out several times to express her sorrow at the early ending. She’s also apologized to viewers, feeling that the show’s lack of success is largely her fault. Next up, she has the October release of her movie Paju to look forward to, which co-stars Lee Seon-kyun.
